Tim Donworth
Tim Donworth
Irish-born Tim Donworth is a Flat trainer based in Chantilly, one of the world’s most celebrated training centres.
A graduate of the prestigious Godolphin Flying Start programme, Tim gained extensive international experience before taking out his own licence. His career included positions with leading trainers William Haggas, Nicolas Clément and Jean-Claude Rouget, giving him a valuable grounding in both British and French training systems.
Since establishing his yard, Tim has built a reputation as an astute and talented young trainer. His attention to detail, strong communication and ability to develop promising young horses make him an excellent choice for owners interested in Flat racing in France, and his strike-rate is consistently amongst the highest in the country.
I work with Tim when purchasing horses in training and private-sale prospects, ensuring that each horse is selected with its future racing programme and long-term potential in mind.
