Three from three for hugely progressive Hamandio

 In Nathaniel Barnett Bloodstock News

Hamandio’s rate of improvement since being claimed at Auteuil in April and switched to the Noel George/Amanda Zetterholm team has been nothing short of astonishing.  Two from two at Auteuil in May, the eight year old won his third race in the space of five weeks with another impressive display in a valuable handicap hurdle at Dieppe.

Kevin Nabet was on board on this occasion and he had Hamandio in a great position throughout, tracking the leaders before making his challenge at the second-last.  In front before the last, the pair pulled clear in great style.

He has been raised another 5kg by the handicapper, but will now attempt the four-timer in the Grande Course de Haies de Dieppe on 12th July.  He has already won over €75,000 in prize-money and hopefully he can keep progressing in the months ahead.

Many congratulations to owner Kit Alexander and the George/Zetterholm team on another fantastic win!
