Mon Ricin bolts up at Longchamp

 In Nathaniel Barnett Bloodstock News

Mon Ricin became the latest recruit for Sangwin Bloodstock to show marked improvement since being purchased, winning by a street at ParisLongchamp yesterday.

Sent to the front by jockey Aurelien Lemaitre, the six year old produced a highly-impressive, front-running performance to win by 5.5 lengths eased down.

Claimed for just €11,520 at the end of July, the son of Prince Gibraltar has recouped nearly double that purchase price in the space of a month and is now likely to be targeted at the 2500m Qatar Prix de la Place Des Vosges back at ParisLongchamp on Arc weekend.

Many congratulations to owner Sangwin Bloodstock and trainer Tim Donworth.
