Bargain buy Antonin fetches 220,000gns at Tattersalls

Antonin Dvorak, purchased for 16,000gns from the Tattersalls November Online Sale last year, has been a real star for his owners Pimlico Racing this year, winning twice before shining in the sales ring at Tattersalls yesterday evening.

The son of New Bay won impressively at both Musselburgh and Chelmsford prior to selling yesterday, with Najd Stud coming out on top at 220,000gns, many multiples of his purchase price last autumn.

Many congratulations to all of the owners involved, and we wish his new connections Najd Stud the very best of luck with him in the future.
